Returns:

 

If you wish to make a return of any item purchased from The Fencing Centre, Please be aware that we do refund items however, there is a 25% handling charge, and all items must be checked by The Fencing Centre and returned by the customer. We DO NOT collect returns.

We do not accept any returns on concrete once it has left our yard or been unloaded at a delivery.

 

Payments:

 

We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards except American Express. Payments can be made via telephone or within our opening hours at our premises. Any Payment made by Credit Card will incur a 2% Charge.

 

Delivery Policy:

 

All deliveries are to be checked by the customer and signed for. Any shortages or damage once signed for will solely be the customers’ responsibility. All deliveries will be placed kerb side and nottransferred to the rear of the garden.

 

General Information:

 

Timber is a natural material which can absorb and release moisture. Our products are designed to minimize this effect but under some circumstances some movement or distortion is unavoidable. All sawn timber, unless kiln dried may be likely to shrink or expand as explained above. But to produce our panels using kiln dried timber, would at least double the cost.

All Prices for Supply and Fit or Supply Only, are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Fencing Supplied and Fitted:

 

All work completed by The Fencing Centre is always carried out in a professional manner. On the day you contact to book the job in, the quote provided will be explained, agreed and confirmed at point of call. Any changes to the quote will need to be made ASAP in order for us to fit your needs. We do not require a deposit up front for any work that we carry out, however, ALL payments MUST be made on completion of the job.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All Materials Remain the Property of The Fencing Centre whether they are supplied only or supplied and installed Until Payment Is Made IN FULL. We ask that on every Job carried out and every delivery, that the customer signs on completion. Once the job is signed for, you have then agreed and confirmed that you are happy with the entire work carried out therefore, there should be no delay in payment.
